Properties Tab & Substitution Values.
More properties can be seen by changing View... Inherited Properties & View... Empty Parts And States.
Please read the instructions that are located in the properties. It will tell you what a part does, and what good values should be.
The right side will change depending on the type of property.
Properties with $'s are substitution values. $ScrollBarWidth$ is one of many substitution values.
Right below the top value of the tree are the substitution values section for each font.

Rather then have three sets of properties for each font type, we have substitution values for each size.
For example, take $ScrollBarWidth$.
Blue\Values\General\Sysmetrics :

The $$'s show that the value is located under Blue\Normal\Substitution, Blue\LargeFonts\Substitution, and Blue\ExtraLarge\Substitution

When normal fonts is used, the scrollbar width will be 17, when Large Fonts are used, the scrollbar width will be 19.

The default settings for colorize are shown here :

By changing values the preview window will be updated to reflect the color selection that you have made.
These selections will not be utilized until you save them.
The part should show in the part window.
OR
That one bitmap has now changed color
OR
All bitmaps will be changed to the new colorization.
OR
A new set of bitmaps will be created that has your new colorization applied.
